Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Operate and manage the switchboard, ensuring calls are answered promptly and directed appropriately.
- Assist visiting members with inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining a daily register for iMas Group.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring the front office is always well-stocked.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, printing of posters, to lanimate.
- Take and relay messages efficiently, ensuring important information reaches the relevant individuals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
- Certification in Office Management is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, with at least 3 years of operational experience.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to be resourceful, proactive, and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
